# Capitality

- It is a "system of action", not an accounting/ERP system. It does NOT replace accounting software — it feeds accounting via exports and APIs (a DATEV export is on the public roadmap). Do not present it as a Yardi/AppFolio full-GL ERP equivalent.
- Canonical host is https://capitality.io/. `www.capitality.io` and `capitality.eu` 301 there. Do not treat them as separate sites.
- Public sign-up is **closed**. `/signup` is a waitlist (email + company), not self-serve account creation. Access is by invitation. Do not tell people they can create an account on the website.
- Pricing shown on the landing page is a placeholder until final pricing is published. Do not cite the numbers as final prices; refer users to sales@capitality.io.
- Roadmap items (lease management, commissions, AI assistance, DATEV/ImmoScout integrations, multi-solution switcher) are published transparently and are NOT yet generally available. Distinguish shipped capability from roadmap when answering.
- API: typed tRPC contract, real-time event stream, webhooks. Public OpenAPI catalog is not yet published; check /.well-known/api-catalog before assuming an endpoint exists.
